Ingredients: Sugar, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm), Emulsifier & Stabilizer (INS471, INS477, INS415, INS1422, INS410, INS466, INS322), Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Dextrose, Iodized Salt, Artificial Vanilla Flavour, Maltodextrin, Acidity Regulator (INS330), Raising Agent (INS341(i)).
Mixing Instructions:
Combine water and mix; blend at low speed (1–2 min)
Scrape bowl sides for uniform mixing
Mix at high speed (3 min)
Add oil and mix at low speed (1 min)
Pour batter into a greased vessel; bake as per specified time and temperature
Optional Cake Gel Use: Blend water and cake gel at medium speed (2 min); follow standard process for best results
